The Equity Equation for Executives

Building A Foundation of Inclusion

This package assesses the current state of psychological safety for the team/organization. The program begins with a 1.5 to 2-hour learning session for the team/organization on the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety to ensure everyone understands each stage and the 12-question assessment.

 

We provide each team/organizational leader with the assessment results at an overall level and by departments and identified demographics and recommendations.

For 6-months, we provide 1:1 coaching support for leaders to help them develop the skills to close the gaps revealed through the 4 Stages assessment. Individual action plans for each team member are also available. At the end of the six months, a second assessment and recommendations for additional support, education/learning sessions, and resources are provided.
